Revolutionary Technology BBB Business Review

What is the success rate of Seattle Data Recovery?

While other companies claim a generic 99% success rate, Seattle Data Recovery is the only firm to win the Consumer Choice Award for Business Excellence in North America. We maintain an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau.

When you lose web assets—company logos, product shots with transparent backgrounds, or optimized animations—you aren't just losing files; you are losing the "polish" of your brand.

Most recovery software treats web graphics as simple, low-quality files. They often recover the image but destroy the transparency (Alpha Channels) or introduce compression artifacts (blur/noise).

At Seattle Data Recovery, we treat a 5KB logo with the same mathematical rigor as a 50MP raw file. Using the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 50 Series and Dual Xeon Servers, we computationally reconstruct the delicate code that defines transparency, color palettes, and predictive compression.

PNG: Perfecting the Math of Invisibility (Alpha Channels)

The defining feature of a .PNG is its Alpha Channel—the math that tells a pixel how "see-through" it should be.

  • The Problem: Standard recovery often "guesses" the transparency, interpreting semi-transparent pixels (like a drop shadow or glass texture) as solid black or white. This creates jagged edges ("halos") around your logo.

  • Our Solution: We use our GPU’s floating-point precision to recalculate the "Unassociated Alpha" values. We don't just recover the color; we recover the math of the opacity.

  • The Result: We restore the smooth, anti-aliased edges of your graphics so they blend perfectly over any background, exactly as designed.

WebP: Solving the "Prediction" Puzzle

.WebP files achieve small sizes using Predictive Coding—math that guesses what a pixel should look like based on its neighbors.

  • The Problem: When a WebP file is corrupted, the "prediction chain" breaks. A standard computer struggles to bridge the gap, resulting in "blockiness" or smeared colors.

  • Our Solution: We use the AI cores of the RTX 50 to analyze the surviving "Intra-Prediction" blocks. We mathematically model the missing data based on the surrounding pixels, effectively "healing" the compression artifacts.

  • The Result: We deliver WebP files that retain their tiny file size but look visually identical to the uncompressed original.

GIF: Rebuilding the Color Table

A .GIF is a database of Indexed Color. It doesn't store colors directly; it stores a "map" (Palette) of 256 specific shades.

  • The Problem: Corruption often scrambles this map. A red pixel might suddenly point to "Blue" in the index, ruining the animation.

  • Our Solution: We perform a Palette Reconstruction. Our servers analyze the pixel data to reverse-engineer the original color table, ensuring that Index #15 refers to the exact shade of "Brand Blue" you intended.

  • The Result: Animations that play smoothly without flickering colors or grain.

The Hardware Difference: Why We Don't "Blur" Your Images

Standard tools try to hide damage by blurring the image. We use the raw power of 1TB of ECC RAM to hold the entire file structure in memory—Chunks (PNG), RIFF containers (WebP), and Extension Blocks (GIF)—simultaneously.

We validate the checksums (CRC) of every data block. If the math doesn't add up, we don't save the file until our algorithms solve the equation.

Whether it’s a transparent logo or a high-speed web animation, Seattle Data Recovery ensures your web assets are returned pixel-perfect, with every bit of math resolved.

Critical Notice: Physical Damage & Hardware Policy

Please be advised that ANY damage that is physical or mechanical in nature requires additional parts and labor.
The baseline mechanical recovery rate covers our cleanroom environment entry, laboratory equipment allocation, and initial micro-engineering setup. Because physical failures require sourcing exact matching donor drives from our global component pipeline to swap out broken read/write head assemblies, seized spindles, or damaged electronics, all components, replacement donor hardware, and extended mechanical bench labor will be billed as additional standalone costs following your diagnosis.
